    Get Involved

There are many ways for WSU alumni to remain involved with GIESORC and the WSU community.

    LGBTA Alumni Network

WSU alumni are invited to join the LGBTA Alumni Network. The network connects lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and allied (LGBTA) alumni with each other and with current students. Currently the group exists in the form of an email list, which you can join here or by emailing

    Scholarship Fund

We now have a general scholarship fund to support students who are active in, and in support of, GIESORC programs, mission, and vision for creating a more inclusive and supportive campus climate for GLBTQA students. Your gift of any size can help a student meet the financial challenges of college AND affirm for our students that a community of supporters is behind them. The validation this provides to a student is beyond measure!

Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Allies Program Fund

If you are interested in supporting GIESORC’s programming for students, as well as our ability to respond to student’s emerging needs (like a cap and gown for a student who can’t afford rental) you can make a difference by donating to the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Allies Program Fund.

If you are interested in donating to either fund, please contact Risë McGill, Director of Development, University Initiatives at or by phone at 509-335-6726.
